Description

A soldier scarred by battle.

A scribe who sees beyond the page.

A priestess carrying grief and faith in equal measure.

A rogue with shadows at his back.

A survivor of fire and blood.

Five strangers are drawn together by a wealthy benefactor and sent into the heart of the Scorched Expanse. What begins as a simple contract unravels into something far more dangerous. Beneath the desert sun lie ruins older than memory, secrets waiting to be unearthed, and a power that was never meant to be found.

Together, they must navigate illusions, buried fears, and trials that test both courage and trust. Enemies rise from within as much as from without. At the heart of the Scorched Expanse lies something ancient, fractured, and powerful, a force of sorrow and sacrifice that should never have been disturbed.

To claim it, they must first survive each other.
